Cavanaugh & Company, LLC is skilled in managing small income producing properties, as well as single family homes. Among the properties that we will manage are small to medium apartment complexes and condominium complexes with no more than 150 units.

Cavanaugh & Company, LLC has been appointed to act in a receivership capacity for many distressed properties throughout Connecticut. We have successfully brought these properties to a profitable position. We will assign one staff member to act in the capacity of project manager to oversee all on-site and in-house assignments. The project manager will hire and discharge maintenance personnel, maintain 24-hour telephone coverage, aid in budget development if applicable, collect rents/condo fees, secure tenants and conduct on-site inspections.
