Cavanaugh & Company, LLC had for many years worked as a servicing bureau for savings and loan institutions as well as mortgage lenders. Duties included providing field inspection services required of lenders by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA), the Veterans Administration (VA), and various other investors.  At this time, we no longer provide these services with the exception of annual compliance inspections of large commercial and residential structures.

While our focus has shifted over the last five years, we still enjoy an ongoing professional relationship with many highly skilled inspectors statewide.  Should any client have an inspection need that can not be met by their current servicers, we do encourage them to call us... we will be happy to help if we can.
