Cavanaugh & Company, LLC is a servicing bureau for savings and loan institutions as well as mortgage lenders. Duties include providing field inspection services required of lenders by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA), the Veterans Administration (VA), and various other investors. Currently, our portfolio consists of a large number of major lenders nationwide.

Our highly trained and professional inspectors allow us to provide prompt, superior service to our clients. The services we provide in this area include inspections for foreclosure, bankruptcy, insurance loss, and sale dates, with interviews as appropriate. Motor vehicle, marine, and equipment inspections are provided as are commercial and residential construction inspections. Annual compliance inspections of large commercial and residential structures are also offered.
